An 18-metre illuminated sign for Best Heating's 100,000 sq ft logistics HQ — engineered with a specialist acrylic that reads black by day and glows white by night, solving the client's contrast concern against the cladding.
Limitless Digital UK partnered with TCB to deliver signage for Best Heating Limited's brand-new 100,000 sq ft industrial logistics unit in Nelson.
The client wanted an illuminated sign with real presence, but was concerned that a traditional white face would not contrast well against the unit's grey cladding during the day.
TCB sourced and produced a specialist acrylic that reads as a deep black against the cladding in daylight, then allows clean white light to shine through the face at night — giving the client both the daytime contrast and the night-time impact they wanted.
At 18 metres long and mounted high on the elevation, installation required specialist access equipment to safely work around the loading ramps and uneven ground below. The finished sign is impossible to miss on approach.
