We were asked to carry out maintenance works on this 16m x 9m flex face for JD Gyms in Birmingham — believed to be the largest JD Gyms sign in the country.
What looks like a straightforward swap was anything but: the sign is fixed at high level to a curved tile wall, requiring careful planning around access, fixings and tensioning so the face would sit flush across the curve.
